Forge it with the Steel Smithing perk from 6 Bone Meal, 1 Netch Leather, 1 Iron Ingot, 1 Netch Jelly, 1 Stalhrim and 1 Void Salts.
Four Improved Bonemold pieces count as a matched set for the Matching Set perk, which adds 25% armor.
