Glover Mallory, the blacksmith in Raven Rock, sells Bonemold armor. Redoran guards and reavers wear the boots. A dead Redoran guard by the farmhouse at Old Attius Farm wears a full set.

Gameplay Tips

Temper them at a workbench with two Bone Meal. The Steel Smithing perk doubles the improvement.
Forge them with the Steel Smithing perk from 6 Bone Meal, 1 Netch Leather and 1 Iron Ingot.
Four matching Bonemold pieces count as a matched set for the Matching Set perk, which adds 25% armor.
