The Dragonbone Bow is a Dawnguard bow with 20 base damage and 20 weight. Among ordinary bows, only the Madness Bow deals more. Most copies come from the forge, through the Dragon Armor perk.

Forging is the main way to get one. A Keeper can also carry a Dragonbone Bow, and it can be looted after the fight.

Upgrades
A Dragonbone Bow is improved at a grindstone with one Dragon Bone per improvement. The Dragon Armor perk doubles the improvement, so each quality tier needs less Smithing skill. An enchanted copy can only be improved with the Arcane Blacksmith perk.

Weapon Levels
