Luz is a character, who's hiding due to fear for her safety after voicing opposition against the False Arisen's claiming the throne. Luz is a skilled Trickster NPC, connected with the Vermundian court Oracle. Throughout the game, Luz guides Arisen through quests, acts as a merchant and offering quests herself.

Vermundian court Oracle and Trickster maister. Out of fear for her life over speaking out against the false Arisen taking the throne, she is currently in hiding.

Story

Luz is an oracle who presents herself as a fortune teller and spiritual guide, and she is also the maister of the Trickster vocation. Her home is Bakbattahl, and she takes part in the main story during Flickering Shadows, when the Arisen seeks her out as the oracle able to explain more about the godsway.

The figure who greets visitors inside her shrine is an illusion rather than Luz herself. Projecting such an apparition is itself a display of the Trickster's craft.

Location

Luz is found at the Reverent Shrine. Her projected form stands inside, and speaking to it unlocks the Trickster vocation. Her physical body is on the roof of the shrine, reached by a ladder on the outside to the left. The apparition has to be spoken to before her true self will hand over her maister teachings.

Gifts

Luz likes Expensive items and Rare items. Expensive items are those sold at a high price by merchants and shops, while Rare items are uncommon drops from monsters.

Notes

Luz grants the Theurgist's Rite, which teaches the Trickster maister skill Dragon's Delusion. Learning it from her counts towards the Master of the Maisters trophy. A Farseer's Circlet can be stolen from her.
