Raghnall is a storied mercenary whose residence is the Flamebearer Palace in Battahl. The Arisen first meets him in a tavern in Bakbattahl, where he steps in to even the odds in a brawl, and their paths cross again until he demands a duel of his own.
Story
In Bakbattahl, ruffians working for Roger pick a fight with the Arisen in a tavern. When the Arisen struggles against three of them at once, the sellsword Raghnall steps in and talks them into a fair one-on-one duel with Taleef. Later, the Arisen is asked to escort the oxcart of Ser Augustin, a voice of opposition to the queen regent. Raghnall stops the oxcart and runs off with Augustin into Guerco Cavern. Inside, he reveals that the escort was a trap: Augustin was meant to die, and the Arisen was to take the blame. Raghnall longs to test himself against the Arisen in a real fight. At Moonglint Tower, he blocks the way up and challenges the Arisen to a duel.
Location
Raghnall's residence is the Flamebearer Palace. He is met in a tavern in Bakbattahl during Welcome to Battahl, near Checkpoint Rest Town and in Guerco Cavern during Tensions on the Highroad, and in Moonglint Tower during Clash and Conclusion.
