Everard is a man of Checkpoint Rest Town who will pay handsomely for the Jadeite Orb. The Arisen meets him while exploring the town and asking after the stolen orb.
Story
Everard wants the Jadeite Orb and promises a generous reward for it. He trusts Ibrahim of Ibrahim's Scrap Store to judge the orb and takes any orb he receives to Ibrahim to have it checked. A forgery is exposed unless Ibrahim is paid to lie, and the Arisen ends up in trouble with the guards.
Location
Everard is found in Checkpoint Rest Town, outside Celeste's Smithy.
Quests
Everard and Offulve both give Hunt for the Jadeite Orb, and either can start it. Everard pays the most for the genuine orb, including the Ring of Skullduggery.
Hunt for the Jadeite Orb Quest Guide
- Speak to Offulve and Everard in Checkpoint Rest Town. Both are after the Jadeite Orb, and both must be spoken to for the quest to finish.
- Buy the Jadeite Orb at Ibrahim's Scrap Store in Checkpoint Rest Town.
- If both men are to receive an orb, ask Ibrahim to forge a copy and pass the time until it is ready.
- Give the genuine Jadeite Orb to Everard. He has Ibrahim check it before paying.
- Give the other orb to Offulve, who takes it at face value, to finish the quest.
Relationships
Everard competes with Offulve for the Jadeite Orb and relies on Ibrahim to judge it.
Gifts
Everard likes Interesting items and Expensive items.
Notes
- Giving Everard a forgery brings the guards down on the Arisen unless Ibrahim is bribed to vouch for it.
