Donovan runs the oxcarts in Vernworth and is found at the North Vernworth Oxcart Station. The Arisen meets him when the oxcart service to Melve starts up again and he needs someone to ride along and deliver a letter.
Story
Donovan is the proprietor of the oxcarts. When the service to Melve resumes, he asks the Arisen to check the road and carry Lady Margit's letter to Ser Lennart in Melve.

Donovan stands at the North Vernworth Oxcart Station in Vernworth. He is there in the morning, when the oxcarts set off.
