Lanzo is a bandit of the Coral Snakes, the gang that raided oxcarts on the highroad. The Arisen learns of him from the captured Coral Snakes in the gaol of Bakbattahl and finds him at the Ancient Battleground.
Story
After the Coral Snakes' Hideout is stormed in Mercy Among Thieves, the young bandit Hugo ends up in the gaol of Bakbattahl. Another captured Coral Snake, Brefft, reveals a truth about Lanzo and points to the Ancient Battleground, where Lanzo can be found. If Hugo learns the truth, he escapes and goes after Lanzo for revenge. If the Arisen reaches the Ancient Battleground first, Lanzo can be killed before Hugo arrives. If the Arisen is too late, Hugo and Lanzo kill each other.
Location
Lanzo is found at the Ancient Battleground during Off the Pilfered Path.
Quests
In Off the Pilfered Path, given by Ekratt at the gaol of Bakbattahl, Lanzo is the target of Hugo's revenge. Killing him before Hugo arrives keeps Hugo alive and lets the Arisen steer him towards an honest life.
