The Bloodfiend's Arm is a Colossal Weapon in Elden Ring.

When to Use It

Shadow of the Erdtree. It is found around Gravesite Plain in the expansion, which opens only once Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood are beaten.

Why Players Pick It

The Arcane answer: Occult +25 gives S Arcane scaling and 319 physical, the only S in the class. Its heavy-attack blood splash deals fire damage plus whatever status the weapon carries, and adds 7.5 stance damage, pushing a two-handed charged R2 to 53.25 stance, enough to break a 100-stance boss in two charged R2s without Cragblade.

Upgrades

Ordinary Smithing Stones carry it all the way to +25, and because it is not a Somber weapon it will also hold a grease or a weapon buff, which is a damage source the unique blades simply do not have.

Build

It scales with nothing, so the Str 28, Dex 11 and Arc 16 it asks for is all the investment it wants. Any Ash of War and any affinity will sit on it, so its scaling can be re-cut towards whichever stat you are already levelling. It also releases damaging blood when using Strong attacks on its own, with no infusion needed.

Notes

Weapon used by the bloodfiends. An arm pulled from the corpse of one of their kin, and wielded as a makeshift weapon. Having been sanctified by a blood ritual, this armament is capable of spraying blood stored within when executing a strong attack.

How to Get Bloodfiend's Arm Guide

Guaranteed drop from a Bloodfiend wielding one in the ruins of Prospect Town on the western cliffs of Gravesite Plain.
The ruins are reached by going east from the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace before Belurat, Tower Settlement and then turning south along the cliff wall before going through the archway.
