Ghiza's Wheel is a Colossal Weapon in Elden Ring. It is found in Volcano Manor, around the middle of a run.

Ghiza's Wheel is a great iron wheel lined with flesh-flaying blades, the torture device of Inquisitor Ghiza, whose design was later adopted by the Iron Virgins. It drops from Ghiza's red phantom in the dining hall above the Volcano Manor grace. A slow colossal weapon with heavy physical damage and strong blood loss buildup, its heavy attacks leave the blades spinning for extra hits that often trigger Hemorrhage in one swing. Its unique skill, Spinning Wheel, strikes the wheel against the ground and keeps it spinning while walking it into enemies. It suits a Strength and Dexterity bleed build that relies on heavy and charged heavy attacks.

Stats

Ghiza's Wheel has the highest innate bleed among colossal weapons at 70 buildup, on 156 physical with D Strength and D Dexterity. Spinning Wheel builds less bleed per hit than normal attacks and does not trigger the Winged Sword Insignia or similar on-hit effects, while the lingering blades of its heavy attack do.

Skill

Spinning Wheel costs 3 FP. The wielder strikes the wheel against the ground to rev it up, then thrusts it forward spinning at top speed for rapid, continuous hits. Holding the button keeps the wheel spinning while draining FP, and the wielder can walk to push it into enemies. No other weapon carries this skill, and it cannot be replaced.
