Bear School Techniques
Bear School Techniques is a General skill. It raises max Vitality and strong attack damage for each piece of heavy armor Geralt wears. Remastered rebuilt the skill trees with three ranks per skill.
How It Works
At rank 1, each heavy piece adds +2% max Vitality and +2% strong attack damage. Each rank of a General skill also adds +1% Vitality. Heavy armor gives the most protection but slows Stamina regeneration, while light armor speeds it up. The Heft glyphword makes all equipped armor count as heavy, so any armor can feed this skill.
Skill Tree
Bear School Techniques is one of the six school techniques at the center of the General tree, open from the start. It is the only school technique tied to heavy armor. It is a prerequisite option for Gourmand, Sun and Stars and Anger Management.
Before Remastered
The old skill had a single rank. Each piece of heavy armor gave +5% max Vitality and +5% strong attack damage.
