Cat School Techniques
Cat School Techniques is a General skill. It boosts crit damage and fast attack damage for each piece of light armor Geralt wears. Remastered rebuilt the skill trees with three ranks per skill.
How It Works
Armor comes in light, medium and heavy weight classes. At rank 1, each light piece adds +8% crit damage and +2% fast attack damage. Each rank of a General skill also adds +1% Vitality. The Levity glyphword makes all equipped armor count as light, so any armor can feed this skill.
Skill Tree
Cat School Techniques is one of the six school techniques at the center of the General tree, open from the start. It leads to Battle Frenzy, Adrenaline Burst, Attack is the Best Defense and Sun and Stars. Each school technique works with one armor weight.
| School | Armor |
|---|---|
| Cat | Light |
| Bear | Heavy |
| Griffin | Medium |
| Wolf | Medium |
| Manticore | Medium |
| Viper | Medium |
Before Remastered
The old skill had a single rank. Each piece of light armor gave +25% crit damage and +5% fast attack damage.
