Reforge
Reforge is the Remastered transmogrification feature. It changes the look of a piece of equipment while its stats stay the same. Only the master craftsmen Yoana and Hattori offer it.
How It Works
Appearances unlock as equipment and crafting diagrams are added to the inventory. Dyes from Blood and Wine applied to an item carry over to the reforged item.

Geralt meets Yoana through the secondary quest Master Armorers, which starts with the smith Fergus at Crow's Perch. Hattori is an elven swordsmith. The secondary quest Of Swords and Dumplings brings him back to making master swords.
