The Targe of the Blooded is a unique heavy shield studded with spikes. It has a base armor rating of 20 and weighs 8. Umana, a hostile Redguard adventurer, carries it near the end of the Dwemer ruin of Alftand.

Armor Enchantment

A shield bash makes the target bleed for 3 points of damage per second for 5 seconds. Repeated bashes stack the bleeding, and even draugr bleed from it.
