Gameplay Tips

Temper it at a workbench with one Quicksilver Ingot. The Advanced Armors perk doubles the improvement.
Forge it with the Advanced Armors perk from 4 Steel Ingots, 1 Quicksilver Ingot and one set of Leather Strips.
Its 26.5 armor is only half a point above the Dwarven Shield.
