The Dawnguard Rune Shield is a unique light shield from Dawnguard and a stronger version of the Dawnguard Shield. It has a base armor rating of 27 and weighs 6. Florentius Baenius at Fort Dawnguard sends for it in the quest Lost Relic, and it lies in a dungeon picked at random.

Armor Enchantment

Shield bashes deal 10 extra damage to vampires. Holding a block wraps the wielder in a small sun shield, much like Stendarr's Aura. The aura deals 10 points of damage to the undead and drains the wielder's Stamina.

Every armor enchantment is listed under Enchantment Effects.
