Gameplay Tips

Temper it at a workbench with one Chitin Plate. The Elven Smithing perk doubles the improvement.
Forge it with the Elven Smithing perk from 4 Chitin Plate, 1 Netch Leather and 1 Iron Ingot.
Its 24.5 armor beats the 21 of the Elven Shield but weighs twice as much.
