Toussaint

Tesham Mutna Gauntlets are Relic heavy gauntlets from Blood and Wine, part of the Tesham Mutna set. They give 84 armor at level 39 and +25% bleeding resistance. They lie at the Tesham Mutna Ruins during the main quest La Cage au Fou. Toussaint holds these late-game gauntlets.

They also give +4% piercing, +2% bludgeoning, +4% slashing and +3% monster resistance.

How to Get Tesham Mutna Gauntlets

  • Play the main quest La Cage au Fou.
  • At the Tesham Mutna Ruins, loot the gauntlets with the other pieces of the set.

Tesham Mutna Gauntlets Map Location and Quest Guide

The relic Tesham Mutna Gauntlets lie in a chest beside a skeleton deep in the Tesham Mutna Ruins, during the Blood and Wine main quest La Cage au Fou. The pin marks the ruins. Geralt enters them only once, so loot every chest on the way.

  1. Meet Regis at Mère-Lachaiselongue Cemetery. The crypt door stays shut, so drop through the open tomb and kill the kikimores below.
  2. Talk to Regis in the crypt. He needs a spotted wight's saliva for the Resonance potion.
  3. Go to the Trastamara Estate Ruins, find the wight's cauldron and hide in the cupboard.
  4. Kill the wight for its saliva gland, or lift its curse and collect the wight brew.
  5. Return to Regis at the cemetery. He takes Geralt to the Tesham Mutna Ruins for the last ingredient.
  6. Follow Regis down the stairs into the section with the cells.
  7. Check the last hole in the shelving on the left, and loot the chest beside the skeleton for the Tesham Mutna Gauntlets.

Notes

  • They can only be found during La Cage au Fou, so loot them at the ruins before the quest ends.
  • In NG+ they need level 39 plus the NG+ starting level, their armor rises by 2 per level, and monster resistance rises to 4%.
