The Alabaster Lord's Sword is a Greatsword in Elden Ring.

When to Use It

Late game. It is found around Lake of Rot, far enough in that it is an end-of-run weapon rather than something to build towards.

Upgrades

It takes Somber Smithing Stones rather than the common kind, one per level up to +10, and it keeps its own skill for good: no Ash of War will replace it and no affinity will re-cut its scaling.

Skill

Alabaster Lord's Pull costs 15 FP. Thrust the armament into the ground to create a gravity well. In addition to dealing damage, this attack pulls enemies in. Has a greater area of effect than Gravitas. It belongs to this weapon alone: no Ash of War will move it onto anything else, and nothing will replace it here.

Build

Its scaling runs Str at D, Dex at E and Int at D, so Str and Int are the stats worth levelling, and you need Str 16, Dex 12 and Int 18 before you can lift it. Because the skill is its own, the build has to come to the weapon rather than the other way round.

Notes

Greatsword forged from a blue-white meteoric ore. The blade conceals gravity-manipulating magic. A weapon unique to the Alabaster Lords, a race of ancients with skin of stone who were said to have risen to life when a meteor struck long ago.
