Thieves Guild Boots are the light armor boots of the Thieves Guild set. They have a base armor rating of 9 and make pickpocketing more successful. Tonilia hands over the set in the Ragged Flagon on joining the Thieves Guild after Taking Care of Business.
Armor Enchantment
Pickpocket success is 15% better, or 25% on the improved version.

Tonilia gives the Thieves Guild Boots in the Ragged Flagon beneath Riften. They are handed over on joining the Thieves Guild after Taking Care of Business.
- Travel to Riften and enter the Ratway.
- Speak to Brynjolf in the Ragged Flagon.
- Collect the debts from Keerava, Bersi Honey-Hand and Haelga.
- Return to Brynjolf to join the guild.
- Take the Thieves Guild Boots from Tonilia.

Tonilia improves one piece of the set after Scoundrel's Folly.
Gameplay Tips
- Temper them at a workbench with one Leather. The Arcane Blacksmith perk is needed.
- After Scoundrel's Folly, Tonilia offers an improved version of one piece of the set. Pick the piece whose bonus matters most.
- The Guild Master's Boots from Under New Management raise the bonus to 35%.

Enchanted weapons require the Arcane Blacksmith Perk to upgrade.
Upgrades
Thieves Guild Boots are improved at a workbench with one Leather per improvement. An enchanted copy can only be improved with the Arcane Blacksmith perk.
