Thieves Guild Armor is the light armor cuirass of the Thieves Guild set. It has a base armor rating of 29 and raises carrying capacity. Tonilia hands over the set in the Ragged Flagon on joining the Thieves Guild after Taking Care of Business.

Thieves Guild Armor map location:

Tonilia gives the Thieves Guild Armor in the Ragged Flagon beneath Riften. It is handed over on joining the Thieves Guild after Taking Care of Business.

Travel to Riften and enter the Ratway.
Speak to Brynjolf in the Ragged Flagon.
Collect the debts from Keerava, Bersi Honey-Hand and Haelga.
Return to Brynjolf to join the guild.
Take the Thieves Guild Armor from Tonilia.

Gameplay Tips

Temper it at a workbench with one Leather. The Arcane Blacksmith perk is needed.
After Scoundrel's Folly, Tonilia offers an improved version of one piece of the set. Pick the piece whose bonus matters most.
The Guild Master's Armor from Under New Management raises the carry bonus to 50.

Smithing Guide

Enchanted weapons require the Arcane Blacksmith Perk to upgrade.

Upgrades

Thieves Guild Armor is improved at a workbench with one Leather per improvement. An enchanted copy can only be improved with the Arcane Blacksmith perk.
