Elven Boots
Elven Boots are the light armor boots of the Elven set. They have a base armor rating of 8 and weigh only 1. They turn up from level 12, and the Elven Smithing perk lets any forge make them.

Pairs appear in random loot from level 12, with enchanted ones from level 13. Blacksmiths sell them.
Gameplay Tips
- Temper them at a workbench with one Refined Moonstone. The Elven Smithing perk doubles the improvement.
- Wearing all four Elven pieces together earns the extra 25% armor of the Matching Set perk.

Upgrades
An Elven Boots is improved at a workbench with one Refined Moonstone per improvement. The Elven Smithing perk doubles the improvement, so each quality tier needs less Smithing skill. An enchanted copy can only be improved with the Arcane Blacksmith perk.
