Dragonplate Boots Location

Blacksmiths and general goods merchants sell them at high levels. Chests and other random loot hold pairs from level 40, and enchanted copies appear from level 41.

Gameplay Tips

Temper them at a workbench with one Dragon Scales. The Dragon Armor perk doubles the improvement.
Forge them with the Dragon Armor perk from 3 Dragon Scales, 1 Dragon Bone and 2 Leather Strips.
Their 17 armor matches Stalhrim Boots and sits 1 below Daedric Boots.
Four Dragonplate pieces count as a matched set for the Matching Set perk, which adds 25% armor.

Smithing Guide

Enchanted weapons require the Arcane Blacksmith Perk to upgrade.
