Madness Gauntlets Location

Any forge makes them after Evethra's Journal is read. Evethra carries the journal at her camp north of Mistwatch, during the quest Amber and Madness Smithing.

Gameplay Tips

Temper them at a workbench with one Madness Ingot. The Ebony Smithing perk doubles the improvement.
Forge them with the Ebony Smithing perk from 2 Madness Ingots, 1 Ebony Ingot and 2 Leather Strips.
Their 19 armor beats the 18 of Daedric Gauntlets.
Four Madness pieces count as a matched set for the Matching Set perk, which adds 25% armor.
