The Madness Helmet is a heavy armor helmet from the Saints & Seducers Creation. It is part of the Madness armor set and becomes craftable after reading Evethra's Journal.

Madness Helmet Location

Any forge makes it after Evethra's Journal is read. Evethra carries the journal at her camp north of Mistwatch, during the quest Amber and Madness Smithing.

Gameplay Tips

Temper it at a workbench with one Madness Ingot. The Ebony Smithing perk doubles the improvement.
Forge it with the Ebony Smithing perk.
