O'Five is Buck Arnold's rifle, a modded Techtronika SPT32 Grad that he carried through his military deployments. V can win it from him in Arroyo during the fist-fight series Beat on the Brat. Its rounds are packed with explosives that set enemies on fire. Every burning enemy makes the rifle reload faster and raises its crit chance. With many enemies on fire, the slow Grad becomes a fast, hard-hitting rifle full of crits. The downside is weight. It is so heavy that V cannot sprint, dodge or dash while it is drawn. O'Five can be won early, in the side job Beat on the Brat: Arroyo in Santo Domingo. That job is part of the fist-fight series that Coach Fred offers after The Rescue.
Combat
O'Five is a slow sniper rifle that fires explosive rounds. Each hit can set the target on fire, and Burn deals high Thermal damage over a short time. Its own crit damage bonus is large, so every crit lands very hard.
The Iconic bonus grows as the fire spreads. For each burning enemy, O'Five reloads faster and gains crit chance. The best approach is to set two or three targets on fire early. V can then shoot the group one by one while the bonus is high. The magazine is tiny, so the reload bonus matters a great deal.
The weight is the biggest cost. While O'Five is in hand, V moves slowly, jumps lower and cannot sprint, dodge or dash. It is a rifle for firing from one fixed spot. Swap to a lighter weapon before moving, then draw the rifle again at the next good firing spot.

Character Builds
Sniper rifles use the Cool tree. Focus and Deadeye add headshot and weak spot damage. Nerves Of Tungsten-Steel guarantees crits on headshots and weak spots with sniper rifles while Deadeye is active. It also adds damage over distance. Long Shot stops damage from dropping off with distance while Deadeye is active. High Noon and Rinse And Reload both speed up reloads after certain kills. Their effect adds to the Iconic bonus. Quick Draw makes the swap back to the rifle faster and restores Stamina in combat, which helps with its weight.
For cyberware, Visual Cortex Support raises crit chance the further V is from the enemy. Kiroshi Cockatrice Optics add crit chance directly. The Militech Apogee Sandevistan slows time and adds headshot damage and crit stats. It helps land the first shots that set enemies on fire. O'Five is a Power weapon, so the Ballistic Coprocessor improves its ricochets too.

Lore
Buck Arnold is the fighting champion of Arroyo and a member of 6th Street. He is a war veteran with heavy cyberware and a loud mouth. He likes to brag about the rifle that served him in the army. The item text describes O'Five as a modded Grad powerful enough to knock an AV out of the sky. Its Iconic line goes further: discover the inner pyromaniac, set enemies alight, and go burn the city.
Beat on the Brat sends V around Night City to beat each district's champion in a fist fight. In Arroyo, Buck waits under a bridge with his gang. A V with a high enough Body can talk about his rifle and get him to add it to the bet, which raises the stakes. Buck does not take losing well. Once he is down, he and his 6th Street friends turn on V. The rifle can be taken once they fall.
