The Shrouded Cowl is the light armor helmet of the Dark Brotherhood's Shrouded set. It has a base armor rating of 13 and makes bows hit 20% harder. Astrid hands over the set on joining the Dark Brotherhood in With Friends Like These..., and more pieces sit in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.
