The Scaled Helmet is the light armor helmet of the Scaled set. It has a base armor rating of 14 and weighs 2. The Advanced Armors perk lets any forge make it.

Blacksmiths sell it, and copies turn up in random loot.
Gameplay Tips
- Temper it at a workbench with one Corundum Ingot. The Advanced Armors perk doubles the improvement.
- Wearing all four Scaled pieces together earns the extra 25% armor of the Matching Set perk.

Upgrades
A Scaled Helmet is improved at a workbench with one Corundum Ingot per improvement. The Advanced Armors perk doubles the improvement, so each quality tier needs less Smithing skill. An enchanted copy can only be improved with the Arcane Blacksmith perk.
