Armor Enchantment
Any armor enchantment can be placed on a Forsworn Headdress at an arcane enchanter.
Every armor enchantment is listed under Enchantment Effects.
Forsworn Headdress Location
The Forsworn wear it throughout the Reach, so copies drop from them.
Gameplay Tips

- Wearing all four Forsworn pieces together earns the extra 25% armor of the Matching Set perk.
