The Feedback Circuit heals V every time a fully charged Tech weapon shot hits an enemy. It turns the charge mechanic of Tech guns into a steady source of Health. A Tech weapon user who charges every shot can stay in a fight much longer. It suits a Technical Ability build that relies on charged shotguns, rifles and pistols. It also adds Tech weapon damage for each point of Technical Ability. The Feedback Circuit is a mid game implant that every ripperdoc sells from level 20.
Effect
Tech weapons can charge a shot by holding the trigger. When a fully charged shot hits an enemy, the Feedback Circuit restores a share of V's max Health. The heal is a percentage, so it grows as V's max Health grows.
The heal happens on every fully charged hit. A Tech weapon that charges quickly can trigger it many times in one fight. Only a charged shot that lands on an enemy counts.
The Feedback Circuit is attuned to Technical Ability. Each point of Technical Ability adds a small bonus to Tech weapon damage. That bonus applies to every shot, charged or not.

Upgrades
Ripperdocs sell the Feedback Circuit at Tier 3 from level 20, Tier 4 from level 30 and Tier 5 from level 40. An installed copy can be raised a tier at a ripperdoc with the matching item components. Each tier raises the Health restored per hit. Each copy also carries small stat bonuses. The Driver Update perk adds one more. The Chipware Connoisseur perk offers a choice of bonuses when V upgrades the implant. V gains Cyberware Capacity with each level and from Cyberware Capacity Shards. The Edgerunner perk lets V go over the limit at the cost of some max Health.
The table shows what each tier step of Feedback Circuit costs at a ripperdoc.
| Upgrade | Components | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 3 to Tier 3+ | 30 Tier 3 components | - |
| Tier 3+ to Tier 4 | 22 Tier 4 components | - |

Character Builds
The Feedback Circuit belongs in a Technical Ability build with Tech weapons. Bolt is the key perk. It raises charge speed and the damage of charged shots. Its last level makes a shot count as fully charged if the trigger is released just before full charge. That shot also triggers the Feedback Circuit. Internal Clock widens the timing window for a Bolt. Lightning Storm speeds up the charge after each Bolt. In Charge stops Tech weapons from firing on their own at full charge, so V can hold the shot. Shock Value lets Bolts ignore enemy armor. Chain Lightning makes Bolts deal Electrical damage and arc to nearby enemies.
Electromag Recycler is a close partner. It restores Health and Stamina on the same kind of hit. Cellular Adapter adds Tech weapon damage for each point of Technical Ability. Kiroshi Stalker Optics connect to an equipped Tech weapon and highlight enemies behind cover while aiming.
Select a Build
Ping reveals enemies behind walls, and Tech weapon shots pierce the cover between them. A charged shot released at the click of Bolt deals the most damage. With a Militech Sandevistan, the charge starts first and time slows at half charge so the Bolt shot lands as a headshot.
