Heal-On-Kill restores a share of V's Health every time V neutralizes an enemy. Each kill becomes a small heal, which helps most in fights against a group. It works with any weapon, quickhack or fighting style. Ripperdocs sell it from the start of the game. It also adds a small bonus to all damage for each point of Intelligence. Heal-On-Kill is an early game implant that ripperdocs sell from the start.
Effect
Heal-On-Kill triggers when V neutralizes an enemy. The implant then restores a percentage of V's max Health at once. Because the heal is a percentage, it grows as V's max Health grows.
The heal is automatic. It works best in fights with many weaker enemies. Each body that drops gives V a little Health back before the next target.
Heal-On-Kill is attuned to Intelligence. Each point of Intelligence adds a small bonus to all damage V deals.
How to Get Heal-On-Kill Guide
- Visit any ripperdoc clinic and open a Circulatory System slot.
- Buy and install Heal-On-Kill.

Upgrades
Ripperdocs sell Heal-On-Kill at Tier 1 at the start, Tier 2 from level 10, Tier 3 from level 20, Tier 4 from level 30 and Tier 5 from level 40. An installed copy can be raised a tier at a ripperdoc with the matching item components. Each tier raises the Health restored per kill. Each copy also carries small stat bonuses. The Driver Update perk adds one more. The Chipware Connoisseur perk offers a choice of bonuses when V upgrades the implant. V gains Cyberware Capacity with each level and from Cyberware Capacity Shards. The Edgerunner perk lets V go over the limit at the cost of some max Health.
The table shows what each tier step of Heal-On-Kill costs at a ripperdoc.

Character Builds
Heal-On-Kill fits any build, and several perks also reward kills. Glutton For War instantly recharges a small part of Health Items and grenades after a kill. Borrowed Time instantly recharges a Health Item after a kill when V is below 25% Health and out of charges. Pain To Gain adds Health Item recharge after a kill while Adrenaline Rush is active. Mean Streak restores Stamina after a kill made while Dashing.
A netrunner gains more from the Intelligence attunement. Blood Daemon restores Health for each quickhack queued on an enemy when V neutralizes it during Overclock. A stealth build can pair it with Creeping Death, which restores Health and Stamina after a kill while V is undetected or using Optical Camo.
The Circulatory System holds three implants. Heal-On-Kill can share it with the Feedback Circuit, which heals on charged Tech weapon hits, or with Microrotors, which speed up melee attacks.

The Sandevistan goes on at the start of every fight to slow time. Blades close the gap on groups, and a revolver lands easy headshots while time is slowed. Kills extend the Sandevistan, so the character moves from one target to the next without stopping.
