Studded Dragonscale Armor is a light armor cuirass from the Alternative Armors - Dragonscale creation. It has a base armor rating of 43 and weighs 10. The quest Tilted Scales hands over a full set.

Armor Enchantment

Any armor enchantment can be placed on a Studded Dragonscale Armor at an arcane enchanter.

Every armor enchantment is listed under Enchantment Effects.

Studded Dragonscale Armor Location

A full set waits in the chest at the end of Tilted Scales. The quest starts by reading The Crimson Dirks, v4 in Candlehearth Hall in Windhelm. Finishing the quest also unlocks the forge recipe, which needs the Dragon Armor perk.

Gameplay Tips

Temper it at a workbench with Dragon Scales.
It gives 43 armor against 41 for the regular Dragonscale Armor, at the same weight.
Wearing all four Studded Dragonscale pieces together earns the extra 25% armor of the Matching Set perk.

Smithing Guide

Enchanted weapons require the Arcane Blacksmith Perk to upgrade.
