The Add-Vantage is a cheap holographic short scope for the first hours of the game. It adds a little zoom and a little effective range to a gun. Weapon vendors stock it from the very start, so it is often the first sight a new character fits. The Add-Vantage is an early game scope that weapon vendors sell from level 1.
Effect
A scope sits in a weapon's scope slot and changes how the gun aims. The Add-Vantage gives a small zoom when V aims down sights. It also raises the weapon's effective range. Both bonuses grow with each tier.
The zoom stays low at every tier. A long scope or a sniper scope gives far more zoom for distant targets.
How to Get Add-Vantage Guide
- Visit any weapon vendor from level 1.
- Check 2nd Amendment in Megabuilding H10, which stocks it.
- Skip time by a day and check again if it is not on sale.

Upgrades
The Add-Vantage comes in Tiers 1 to 4, and higher tiers give more zoom and range. A scope can only go on a weapon of the same tier or a higher one. A Tier 4 copy fits a Tier 5 gun, but a Tier 4 gun cannot take a Tier 5 scope.
Character Builds
The Add-Vantage helps any build that aims down sights at close or middle range. Cool perks for pistols and revolvers reward careful aimed shots. Focus adds damage to headshots and weak spots. Deadeye adds more headshot and weak spot damage on top of it.
Lore
The in-game description calls the Add-Vantage a holographic sight made cheaply for the mass market. The same text says it can change colors based on the threats it detects.
