Lizzie is an Iconic Tech pistol built on the Militech M-76e Omaha. It is found in the basement of Lizzie's Bar, the home of the Mox in Kabuki. Lizzie fires an extra round with every shot. A fully charged shot fires a burst with even more rounds. It is a compact pistol with heavy damage up close. Like other Tech weapons, its charged shots can go through walls. It is easy to miss, because it sits on a table in a side room away from the main story. Lizzie is an early Act 2 find in the basement of Lizzie's Bar in Kabuki, Watson. It can be reached from the main job Automatic Love onward.
Combat
Every pull of the trigger fires one more round than the base Omaha, so each shot deals more damage. Holding the trigger charges the pistol, and a full charge fires a quick burst. Lizzie's Iconic mods also raise the number of rounds in that burst.
As a Tech weapon, Lizzie can also fire charged shots through cover. The extra rounds make it strongest at close range, where every one of them lands. Quick, uncharged shots are good for steady pressure. A full charge can finish a tough enemy, whether it steps out of cover or hides behind it.
How to Get Lizzie Guide
- Play the main story to Automatic Love, or any point after it.
- Go to Lizzie's Bar in Kabuki, Watson.
- Head down to the basement.
- Find the side room connected to the server room, near Judy's den.
- Take Lizzie from the table.
- If it was missed, buy it from Herold Lowe at the black market in the EBM Petrochem Stadium in Dogtown, with Phantom Liberty.
Lizzie Map Location and Quest Guide
- Start the main job Automatic Love after meeting Takemura.
- Go to Lizzie's Bar in Kabuki and ask the Mox at the door for Evelyn.
- Go down to Judy's workshop and talk to her about Evelyn.
- Enter the side room next to Judy's workshop.
- Take Lizzie from the table in that room.

Upgrades
Lizzie only keeps up with V's level through the Upgrades tab of the crafting menu. Each tier costs crafting components, which come from looting, crafting and taking apart unwanted gear. The pistol has to be carried in V's inventory to show up in the tab. It takes a scope.

Character Builds
Lizzie works best in a Technical Ability build. Bolt raises charge speed and charged-shot damage. It also makes a shot count as fully charged if the trigger is released just before full charge. In Charge stops Tech weapons from firing on their own at full charge, so V can hold the burst until the right moment. Lightning Storm speeds up the next charge after each Bolt. Chain Lightning turns Bolts into Electrical damage that spreads to nearby enemies. Shock Value lets Bolts ignore Armor.
As a pistol, Lizzie also benefits from the Cool handgun perks. Run 'N' Gun removes the Stamina cost of hip-fire, which helps a close-range sidearm. For cyberware, Kiroshi Stalker Optics connect to Tech weapons and highlight enemies behind cover. Cellular Adapter adds Tech weapon damage for each point of Technical Ability. Feedback Circuit restores Health whenever a fully charged Tech shot lands.
Select a Build
Shotguns deal huge damage at close range, and Health regen with Adrenaline Rush keeps the character alive. Lizzie backs up the shotgun against targets further away. Cyberware sets off EMP blasts and shows where to aim a fully charged Tech weapon.

Lore
Lizzie's Bar is a braindance club in Kabuki and the headquarters of the Mox. The Mox is a gang formed to protect sex workers and others the city preys on. The bar carries the name of Elizabeth "Lizzie" Borden, whose stand against the Tyger Claws inspired the gang. The pistol shares her name and is kept in the bar's basement, near Judy Álvarez's den.
V first comes to Lizzie's during Automatic Love, while hunting for Evelyn Parker and the truth behind The Heist.
