Class	Scope

The Handyman is a digital short scope that comes in every tier from 1 to 5. It adds a small zoom and a boost to effective range. The Tier 5 variant also adds Crit Chance on headshots. It suits players who aim for the head with a short scope at any stage of the game. The Handyman is an early game scope that weapon vendors sell from level 1, and its Tier 5 variant also turns up in Phantom Liberty airdrops.

Effect

A scope sits in a weapon's scope slot and changes how the gun aims. The Handyman adds +0.3 zoom at Tier 1 and +0.5 zoom at Tier 5. It raises effective range by 10% at Tier 1 and 20% at Tier 5.

The Tier 5 variant adds +10% Crit Chance on headshots. A gun aimed at the head then lands critical hits more often.

Visit any weapon vendor from level 1.
With Phantom Liberty, open airdrops in Dogtown for a chance at Tier 5.

Upgrades

The Handyman comes in Tiers 1 to 5. Each tier adds zoom and range, and Tier 5 adds the headshot Crit Chance. A scope can only go on a weapon of the same tier or a higher one.

Character Builds

The Handyman helps any build that aims for the head at close and middle range. Focus in the Cool tree adds headshot and weak spot damage with pistols, revolvers, precision rifles and sniper rifles. Deadeye adds more of the same bonus. Crit Chance from the Tier 5 Handyman and headshot damage from these perks reward the same aimed shots.

The in-game description says the Handyman was handcrafted by one of the many iron techies of Night City.
