The Guard of the North Helmet is one of the best armor sets available early in Enshrouded. The main reason for this is because you can get the entire armor set without crafting it. The full armor set offers a total resistance of 113 to both magical/physical attacks. The Helmet boosts your critical strike chance by +13%, but due to the power of this helmet it does have a drawback, -45s Maximum time in the Shroud.
Very few people witnessed the sharp, crystalline breath escaping Vorgoth from under the helmet firsthand. They saw his howl dance in the haze and felt it shiver down their skin, creep into their minds, and twist around their bones. Many did not live to tell the tale.

How to get the Guard of the North Armor Set
Since the Guard of the North Armor Set can't be crafted you must instead find it, fortunately, unlike it spawns at specific location. Below you can follow the step by step guide to get the Guard of the North armor set:
- Travel to Pikemead's Reach, the large city located north east from the Revelwood Forest Spire. You will arrive at this location naturally by following the main questline,
- You can find the Guard of the North Helmet directly East from the Pike's boss fight marker on the map. The helmet itself is located at the top of the east most tower in a chest. You can reach the top by using a grappling hook or gliding to the balcony/battlements of the tower from the hill to the east.
