The Copper Tank Helmet are form part of the Tank Armor Set in Enshrouded. The Helmet gives you +6 Parry Power, this makes it easier to stun enemies faster by parrying them. If you want to focus on parrying enemies you should combine this with a shield that has a high parry power so you can stun enemies efficiently.

How to get the Tank Armor Set
To unlock the Tank armor set and craft it in Enshrouded you must complete the following quest objectives:
- Unlock the Blacksimth.
- Build the Forge and Kiln.
- Burn Dirt and Wood Logs to get charcoal from the kiln.
- Once you have obtained both Charcoal and Copper Ore, the blacksmith will give you a new quest called Crucible Needed for A Smelter. Once you finish the quest and obtain the Crucible you can craft the Smelter.
- Use the Smelter with Charcoal and Copper Ore to create Copper Bars.
- Talk to the Blacksmith to craft the Tank Armor Set.
