Enshrouded - Craftspeople

In Enshrouded, Non-Playable Character (NPC) figures play a crucial role in helping you navigate the game successfully. It's vital to unlock the first five in the Springlands region at your earliest opportunity. Once unlocked, engage in their quests to progressively unlock new crafting recipes.

Finding Them

The Blacksmith, Alchemist, Hunter, Carpenter and Farmer sleep in Ancient Vaults in the Springlands. Summon them to your base with the Summoning Staff, and give them a roof so they count as sheltered.

What Each One Crafts

Blacksmith (Oswald Anders): Oswald crafts a variety of Armor, Weapons and Shields for melee-centric characters. Oswald crafts better Axes, Pickaxes and Rakes to help you obtain resources more efficiently, and a variety of Decorations.
Alchemist (Balthazar): He crafts Potions and Spells, as well as Armor for caster-centric characters. His workstations include the Grinding Stones, Alchemy Station, and Laboratory to concoct ingredients for his craft.
Hunter (Athalan Skree): Athalan crafts Arrows and Armor/Ranged for bow or knife-centric characters.
Carpenter (Cade Hawthorn): Cade crafts storage chests to manage your inventory, comfort items to help you get a better rest, and a wide variety of Decorations. He can also craft an Improved Grappling Hook and better Gliders to help you traverse Embervale more easily.
Farmer (Emily Fray): Emily crafts food, supplies for Farming and Animal Husbandry, and a variety of Decorations. Emily's quests seek to track down crafting equipment like the Kettle, Almanac of Plants and Seedlings, and Beehive Smoker to craft new workstations and unlock new recipes.
Collector (Alden Crowley): Alden practices dark magic and creates interesting necromantic items including Consumables and Decorations, as well as an Ectoplasm Press to turn ectoplasm crystals collected from the Hollow into edible soups.
Barber (Elio Ricci): Elio is a Barber who lets you modify your character's appearance to better reflect your preferences without affecting any of the character’s stats or abilities. Rescuing Elio also unlocks the ability to use Dyes at the Coloring Station.
Bard (Valory): Valory crafts Cosmetic Armor, Wall Decorations to increase your Comfort, and Banners to beautify your home.
Fisher (Captain Melville Fontane): He crafts bait, fishing rods and other useful items.
