The Rising Fighter Boots are part of the Rising Fighter Armor Set, they provide +1 health regeneration. The health regeneration means you do not need to relies on having a supply of Purple Berries for regenerating your health in the early game. This makes the boots useful to both warrior, mage and archer builds.

How to get the Rising Fighter Armor Set
To get the Rising Fighter armor set you must do the following series of quests:
- Unlock the Blacksmith during the Find the Sleeping Survivor quest.
- Use the Blacksmith to craft a Charcoal Kiln. Burn Wood and Dirt to create Charcoal.
- Use the Blacksmith to craft a Forge. Burn Metal Scraps and Charcoal in the Forge to create Metal Sheets. Once you pick up the metal sheets you will unlock the ability to craft the armor set.
- Talk to the Blacksmith to craft the Rising Fighter Armor Set.
