The Kiroshi Clairvoyant Optics mark every enemy around V after a single scan. The highlight stays for a full minute, so V can plan an approach and track guards through a fight. The optics also add strong optical zoom while scanning or aiming. They suit a Cool build that likes to see the whole room before the first shot. They also add headshot and weak spot damage for each point of Cool. The Kiroshi Clairvoyant Optics are a mid game implant that every ripperdoc sells from level 20, and Phantom Liberty adds a copy in a Dogtown airdrop.
Effect
The Clairvoyant works through the scanner. When V scans, the optics highlight every enemy within a set radius around V. The radius grows with each tier. The highlight stays active for 60 seconds after the scan.
The highlight marks where each enemy is. V can watch patrols move, pick a quiet route or choose the first target. The Oracle optics go further and also mark enemies behind cover.
The optics also give optical zoom when scanning or aiming. The zoom level rises with each tier, up to ten times at Tier 5.
The Clairvoyant is attuned to Cool. Each point of Cool adds headshot and weak spot damage.

Upgrades
Ripperdocs sell the Clairvoyant at Tier 3 from level 20, Tier 4 from level 30 and Tier 5 from level 40. An installed copy can be raised a tier at a ripperdoc with the matching item components. Each tier widens the highlight radius and raises the zoom. Each copy also carries small stat bonuses. The Driver Update perk adds one more. The Chipware Connoisseur perk offers a choice of bonuses when V upgrades the implant. V gains Cyberware Capacity with each level and from Cyberware Capacity Shards. The Edgerunner perk lets V go over the limit at the cost of some max Health.
The table shows what each tier step of Kiroshi Clairvoyant Optics costs at a ripperdoc.

Character Builds
The Clairvoyant fits a Cool build that relies on stealth and precision. The stealth perks in the Cool tree pair well with it. Feline Footwork adds movement speed and Mitigation Chance while crouched. Ninjutsu unlocks crouch-sprinting. Creeping Death restores Health and Stamina after a kill while V is undetected. Deadeye adds headshot and weak spot damage.
The Face slot holds one implant at first. A second Face slot unlocks during the main job Birds with Broken Wings. With both slots open, the Clairvoyant can sit beside other Kiroshi optics such as the Sentry, which marks cameras and turrets.
Select a Build
The build keeps its distance and picks enemies off one by one with headshots. The Sandevistan goes on before shooting an Elite, so several headshots land if the first one is not enough. A pistol or shotgun stays on hand for enemies that flank the sniping spot.
